Cancelling
Open your dashboard, go to Billing, and select Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately: no further charges are made, no cancellation fee applies, and you do not have to email or call anyone. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you cannot reach your dashboard, email info@antdreamllc.com and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds within 14 days
We refund any charge in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge. There are no conditions and we will not ask you to justify it. This applies to subscription payments and to the one-time Launch List launch package.
Refunds after 14 days
After 14 days we refund the current billing period if the service did not deliver what your plan describes — for example, articles that were scheduled but never published, or a submission run that did not complete. Email us with your account address and we will check the logs and put it right.
We do not refund past periods that were used as intended, and we cannot refund on the grounds that a third-party directory declined to list your product. Launch List sells the submission, not a guaranteed listing, and directories make their own editorial decisions.
How to request one
Email info@antdreamllc.com from the address on your account and say which charge you mean. We reply within two business days.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds are issued to the original card through Stripe. Your bank normally posts them within 5–10 business days. We do not refund by cheque, bank transfer, or store credit.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a charge, email us first — we can usually resolve it the same day, and it is faster than a dispute. If you do file a chargeback, we will respond to your bank with the account and usage records for that charge.
Free beta
Both products are currently free to use during beta and no card is required, so there is nothing to refund. When paid plans open, you will only be charged after choosing a plan and confirming at checkout, and this policy will apply from your first payment.
